• NetSuite CRM+ takes their base CRM offering and adds: order management, incentive management, project tracking, customer portal, website and analytics, and partner management. They claim their competitors cannot offer these capabilities.

• NetSuite Business Operating System (NS-BOS) is the application development platform that enables developers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and resellers to build software as a service (SaaS) applications to compliment and extend NetSuite.
