LongJump

Overview

LongJump, part of Relational Networks, provides both Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) to enterprises, independent software vendors (ISVs), and service providers (SPs).

The LongJump Business Application Platform helps companies speed application design, deployment, and management without the costs associated with typical "in-house" application development environments. It can be deployed in three ways:

• using LongJump's multitenant hosted environment
• licensed for use within an enterprises' data center to create a private cloud
• as a self-hosted, installable, privately branded platform geared toward SPs and ISVs.

LongJump CRM is a suite of SaaS applications delivered on the LongJump platform that provides sales force automation, integrated customer service, life-cycle email campaign marketing, and capabilities for team collaboration. Today, there are over 150 customers using LongJump CRM.

Products & Services

• LongJump Platform On-Demand is a hosted service allowing companies to build and deploy web applications on the LongJump.com platform.
• LongJump Business Application for Enterprises allows for the creation of on-premise, private cloud environments thereby combining the benefits cloud computing (e.g. flexibility and speed) with the requirements of large enterprises (i.e. security and compliance).
• LongJump Business Application Platform for ISVs and Service Providers enables ISVs to create their own PaaS and maintain control of the applications, data, and relationships of its partners. It allows Service Providers to launch new, branded SaaS offerings without incurring the costs to do so.
• LongJump CRM is an on-demand suite of solutions that handles sales force automation, integrated customer service, email marketing campaigns, and team collaboration.
• LongJump Services includes on-demand support, custom application development, and data migration services.
